Brown Sardina, Inc of Boston, MA, USA completed the Master Plan for a water oriented community and resort located on the Caribbean Sea.

The 110 hectare community features a mixed use village center, yacht club and marina, hotel, and single and multi-family homes located along a canal system. 

The Village Center has restaurants and retail on the ground floor and townhouses above creating a vibrant center for the community.

The yacht club is located on a peninsula in the middle of the harbor and includes a pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

A 500 room hotel including a casino, pool, water slide, water canals, tennis courts and cabanas has been planned with access to the beach and the harbor. 

This photo is of the entire property (780 Hectares with Master Plan) and is being used as a location reference with Puerto Salinas projected on the area (110 Hectares) on and around the lagoon located at the left, next to the seashore of the Caribbean.
