P.R.I.S.M. (Progressive Resistance In Slow Motion)   

Seeking an individual or a Company willing and able to Publish my Book on how to Exercise using my P.R.I.S.M. System. (A new simple, convenient, portable, affordable System of Exercise) 

A personal comment: 
My book offers a means to exercise the entire body whenever it is convenient, however, the Book contains no "MAGIC". People still need to eat right and walk at least half an hour daily in order to feel good and stay fit.

The Pocket Exerciser (A Rubber Band) is what is used to perform the PRISM exercises. P.R.I.S.M. (Progressive Resistance In Slow Motion) Slow motion is hard on the muscles and easy on the joints.

As the name implies, all exercises are performed slowly. Since these exercises are performed with a Rubber Band Exerciser, the resistance starts at zero and increases as the Band is being pulled. (The longer the distance of the pull/stretch the higher the resistance).  

Unlike Weights, because resistance with the Pocket Exerciser starts at zero, such exercises could be looked upon as "Inviting". In other words this System of exercise is not intimidating because the Pain factor is minimized. The pain is minimized because people are able to pull/Stretch the Exercise Band according to their ability and be able to stretch/Pull the Band further and with more repetitions as they get stronger. (At their pace) 

This Rubber band (The Pocket Exerciser) is made of soft rubber, (like Balloon material) and is manufactured in different thickness. (The thicker the Band, the harder the resistance)

I renamed this Rubber Band Exerciser, The Pocket Exerciser. (I named it as such, because when the rubber Band is rolled it could fit in one's pocket). 

In my Book I refer to this Band as The Wonder Band as well, the reason being that it is a Wonder that so many different Exercises may be performed to tone the entire body, with just this one item! (Presently my Book contains118 Pages and 145 different Photos of Models exercising!)

This Rubber Band has been used in Hospitals for Therapy for many years. (It is referred to as "Theraband" in Hospitals)

So what is new about this System of Exercise, (PRISM) when in fact such a Band has already been used in Hospitals for years?  

This is true, Hospitals have used this Band for Therapy and they even have a Booklet showing such exercises, however, I have improved upon their System by adding many more different Exercises. (I have in fact been able to duplicate almost every exercise that is normally accomplished by the use of weights and/or Exercise Machines)

Initially, I discovered that by using this Rubber Band, I was able to do the dreaded Abdominal Exercises, Leg-Lifts and Sit-ups with ease. (See Pictures of a Model below doing these exercises).

Later, as already stated, with much experimentation I was able to duplicate almost every conceivable exercise, which are normally performed with the use of weights and/or Exercise Machines.

The book that I wrote is a bit rough and all of the Photos depicting the different exercises in this Book all need to be re shot Professionally.

Ideally in order to redo this Book in a professional manner, I suggest the following:

1) Hire attractive Models of the opposite sex. (Well-toned but not muscular)
2) Rent a nice Hotel Room or a Studio.
3) Hire a Professional Photographer


Why?
1) Having attractive sexy models, men and women, would appeal to both sexes, the reason for being well toned, rather than muscular, is that with this System of Exercise people could become and sustain a well-toned Body. This System is not meant for Body Builders.

2) The reason for renting a Hotel Room or Studio is the fact that the P.R.I.S.M. System of Exercise may be performed when traveling as well. (When away from home) In order to perform these Exercises what is required is a Door and an Attachment. (Such an attachment is used in order to hold the Band in 3 different locations, on top of the Door, in the middle and the Bottom of the Door. This allows people to do most Exercises with the Pocket Exerciser normally achieved by the use of expensive Weights and/or Machines.

Note: An old Silk Tie (See photos) or old Panty hose (See photos) may be used as Attachments in order to be able to do most of the Exercises. Because these two items are soft and strong, they would not to damage the Rubber Bands prematurely.

This form of Exercise may be marketed as being the only System that is truly portable and a System of Exercise that Most people could afford to Own. (The Book and the Band) Being able to Exercise/Tone the entire Body with only one Exerciser, (The Pocket Exerciser/Rubber Band) instead of having to use many exercise machines and/or weights.

3) The reason for hiring a Professional Photographer to re-shoot all of the Exercises is that the Models would perform the different Exercises indoors, (In a Hotel Room or Studio) this requires proper lighting. (Indoor Photography is tricky) I would direct all of the exercises in order to show how these exercises are to be performed and to make sure that the Models look good. (In proper form) 

(There are two good reasons why these Exercises must be Photographed Indoors:

(1) To perform most of the Exercises with the Pocket Exerciser, a door is required in order to hold the Band in place. 

(2) These Exercises need to be done indoors because the Exerciser/Rubber Band will not last long if exposed to light, especially Sunlight. Like any rubber Band when exposed to light it dries up and tears. In a sense these Bands need to be
looked upon as Tennis Shoes, they eventually need to be replaced. The good News is that these bands are reasonably priced.  (See Price List).

Certain Exercises may be performed just with the use of the Pocket Exerciser.
(Without the need of being attached to any door or any other fixed object)

This may interest the reader? I do not remember the exact date, however, it was during the month of April of this year, (Less than a week ago) I saw publicized on TV as "NEWS!" a new System of Exercise performed in "Slow Motion", (Performed by a Professional Body Builder) using Weights. I conceived this concept almost 10 years ago.
