FUNTASEA… A dream-like Project

A Humanitarian concept by Aloysius Dalli intended to honor our seniors and to show our love of Children. 

FUNTASEA as envisioned by A. Dalli would cost $3 to $5 Billion USD to develop. (In just one location). The actual cost would depend on many unknowns, including when this project would be developed and the number of amenities built and purchased. (A professional feasibility study based on location and plans would help in concluding the approximate cost of the First FUNTASEA Project).

The first FUNTASEA should be developed in Mexico, being a poor Country and situated close to the US. 

Other FUNTASEA Projects may later be built in other poor Countries…

Who in this World would be willing to fund Billions of Dollars to develop FUNTASEA, a project that would benefit mainly seniors and Children? Perhaps the US Government might if they were made aware of such a concept? Do you know how to contact the right party in the US Government? If not in Government, how about asking the assistance of a billionaire, the like of Bill Gates? Perhaps a CEO in the media might help locate such wealthy people able to fund the development of FUNTASEA?

Like any other new untested venture, the first FUNTASEA Project is not easy to fund even if Professionals conclude its feasibility. This is why Government funding is suggested. 

On the positive side, if the first FUNTASEA Project became a reality and it proved to be a success, how wonderful would it be to have such projects developed all over the World! 

Is there a need for such FUNTASEA Projects? 
Do people age and retire? Do the majority of seniors retire poor? Would seniors enjoy living the rest of their lives in a Resort Atmosphere? 

You the reader, would you not look forward to the idea, that when it is your time to retire, that there would be a FUNTASEA Resort available, and for you to be able to live there and feel like you would be on vacation the rest of your life? (Maybe not, but many others would)

Currency Exchange (By A. Dalli)

Do you have Currency that you wish to Exchange?

I am in partnership with an expert exchanger situated in the UK. 
The following is what my partner can do, no more and no less. (Please read carefully, 
in order not to waste your time or ours)

1) My partner is only interest in Physical Currency. (Paper money)
2) Such currency must be clean, Legal and must be proven.
3) The owner of the Paper money wanting to exchange to a different currency must offer
a reasonable discount and commission.
4) The owner must be willing to deliver his or her physical currency to Beirut or Dubai
5) The amount of currency that my partner could exchange, is approximately $5 Million
per day, in Beirut and the same amount in Dubai. The reason for such amount is because
the Security Houses that my partner uses, situated in the above mentioned locations, 
can only count approximately $5 Million daily at this time. (Approximately $5 Million each)
6) Once the money is counted, it would then be delivered to a Bank for exchange via SWIFT
in favor of the Owner.
7) The reader must understand that I am speaking of "Currency Exchange". (Not Buying 
Currency)
8) My Partner/Exchanger will not issue an LOI; instead he deals directly via a Contract.
9) Therefore if the owner of Currency accepts the above, we ask that he prepares a Legal Contract
accordingly, and if the contract is acceptable, my Partner would sign it and then I would
introduce my partner to the Currency owner, and step aside.
10) Then the transaction commences.
11) If the above scenario is acceptable by an owner of Currency that wishes to Exchange
his or her Currency, the above mentioned Contract is to be sent to me.
12) The Contract must be on the Currency owner's Letterhead, newly dated, sealed and signed
by the owner; with the owner's name typed under the signature. (If signed by Mandate, 
we would need to see written proof that he or she is in fact the owner's Mandate)
