Prime Wild Salmon Fishing Rights

The plot is located on the River Cronfauld in Argyleshire, Scotland. The land is wild. The weather is said to be good in
summer and awful in winter. That's what the lawyers say, anyway.

This land is offered for the fishing rights only. Further development is extremely unlikely, probably impossible, as it is
situated in an area of "outstanding natural beauty" and of "special scientific interest". But there should be nothing to stop the new owner restoring the shed, (picture available - email me), into a fab log cabin, so long as the overall area of the building stays within current limits.

What you are really buying:

The fishing here is amazing. 20 lb plus wild Atlantic salmon are average.

This is a fantastic investment opportunity for a fishing enthusiast - or a millionaire's retreat. The fishing rights extend for 2
miles, 7 furlongs and a peck as per the entry in the Domesday Book, granted by King John 6th (King John 1st of England).

A gillie (I think that means a guide) is available at AU$ 50,000 per year. It would be nice to keep him in employment, and the Brit
Government will pay out about 90 pounds a week in grant money, I am told, if the buyer gives him an employment contract for 7 years. He is about 57 yrs old, so the math works out.

Offers invited in the region of $1,210,000 Australian Dollars for a very quick sale.
