The Hotel is in the town of Swakopmund - Namibia's coastal holiday paradise with a distinctly German influence.

Namibia with its strong German influence, has a magnificent coastline speckled with charming little towns rich in history. One such town is Swakopmund.

Probably the most unique feature about Namibia is its space. Incessant deserts stretch for miles to meet the most dramatic sunsets you can imagine.

This three star Hotel is ideally located, only 200 m from the beach and 2 minutes walk from the city centre.

The Hotel consists of 35 rooms - all with en suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV and remote control, telephone and heater. The bathroom either haa a bath or a shower. The Hotel has one luxury suite.

The rooms are divided into - 5 single rooms ( all with double beds) - 21 twin bed rooms ( with 2 single beds) - 9 x 3 bed rooms ( with three single beds)

There is a large courtyard for parking.

The Hotel has it's own laundry, with the newest and technologically advanced machines.

The Hotel has a top quality Restaurant - seating 115, which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a large a la Carte menu. The restaurant is regarded as one of the best in the area, with a wonderful ambiance and fine dining. Together they produce an excellent income and are a good investment.

The restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant with a large a la carte menu of both local and German specialities.

They also offer the option of set menus for large groups.

Their specialities are:
  • Oysters on ice
  • Oysters "Rockefeller" on spinach, topped with cheese
  • "Coastal Platter" - variation of kingklip, monkfish, swordfish, decorated with a prawn, served with potatoes, with salad from our salad buffet
  • "Seafood platter" - a variation of kingklip, monkfish, prawns, hake, oysters, sole, crayfish and calamari, served with peri-peri and garlic sauce, with salad from the salad buffet
  • "Venison platter" - a variation of ostrich, game and crocodile with a mushroom sauce and cranberries, served with croquettes and red cabbage

The Hotel has been continuously in operation for the last 15 years under the same management. During this time a vast amount of regular customers for both the Restaurant and the Hotel have been established.

The main market of the Hotel are tour groups and self drive tourists. The Hotel has a high occupancy rate and undoubtably one of the highest turnovers in food and beverage. The hotel is one of the few in Swakopmund which is large enough to cater for large tour groups, and has ample parking for busses.
