To whom this may concern

We receive many requests/Inquiries from Developers and/or Businessmen situated all over the World in need of Project Funding. Often times these Projects require some kind of guarantee in order to obtain Funding from Lenders. Guarantees may be in the form of Bank Guarantees, Insurance Guarantees, possibly committing Stocks and Bonds, etc… (Whatever Lending Institutions would accept?)

We are inviting solicitations from any Banking Institution Insurance Firms, or from wealthy Individuals that might be interested in guaranteeing certain Projects, which Dalli would introduce for Review.
