HOW WE DO IT

DALLI INTERNATIONAL will:

Provide a Buyer (or Buyer’s Broker) an Introduction to a Seller (Or Seller's Broker)
For Direct Communication on Advertised Items on www.dalli.com
Work closely with the Buyer and Seller when necessary
Coordinate and assure information is made available (time is of the essence)
Follow up as necessary and
Provide ongoing support.

DALLI INTERNATIONAL will:

ADVERTISE MANY THINGS INCLUDING INVESTMENTS WANTED

If a potential Buyer visits the DALLI Web site and cannot find what he or she is seeking,
we would be glad to place an Ad on the DALLI site reflecting the Buyer's needs.

Such requests are treated just like any other Listings that we receive to publish/advertise in our DALLI Web site.

FEE STRUCTURE? This depends on the item

DALLI INTERNATIONAL will:

Provide all Advertising & Marketing service for a low fee for a 6 month period

DALLI INTERNATIONAL will upon closings:

Charge a 6% advertising fee on Improved Properties and
Charge a 10% advertising fee on Raw Land.

charge the Seller an advertising Fee.

Broker Commissions and DALLI INTERNATIONAL advertising Fees

are to be paid by the Seller and paid DIRECT from the escrow,
closing or title company or attorney performing closing duties
(closer) unless other arrangements are made with the buyer.

ON OTHER ITEMS

Transactions dealing in Works of Art, Gold, Diamonds, Yachts, etc., (Non-Real
Estate Investments) do not require a special license. DALLI would participate in
accepting Commissions / Consultation Fees based on value or price sold.

          Encourages their Owners & Brokers to continue to market their own Listings
          in any manner they choose - Newspapers, Magazines, Radio, The Yellow Pages,
          etc., - the pay-first mediums.

DALLI INTERNATIONAL

·         Receives multiple Listings on a daily basis.
·         Therefore, Brokers are encouraged to view www.dalli.com often.
·         Brokers WILL often find what their customers want or need.

Procedures for Brokers to advertise their property listings on www.dalli.com is as follows:

1. Pertinent information (Synopsis)
2. Color photos of the property (preferred - Instructions to submit Photos are listed on the form)
3. Permission to advertise.
4. Indication if the price is net or includes the above advertising fee…
o       For the Advertisers convenience, a simple investment advertisement submittal form is available -
   See below.
o       Submit the REQUIRED Synopsis of each listing the way it is to look online. If acceptable by DALLI INTERNATIONAL, it will be inserted in the DALLI Web site accordingly. (If English is not your language, do your best, & we will revise your text to read well).
