FUNTASEA is an Investment opportunity that could prove to be ideal for Entertainers, Actors and wealthy people in Sports. 

This Page is intended to show why Investing in FUNTASEA may prove to be better than investing in any other Investment. (The reason being that FUNTASEA is not just about making money)

FUNTASEA is about investing money for good returns and Tax Shelter. In the process, such Investments would help retired Seniors and Children.

The FUNTASEA Concept in brief is:

1. To create the best and largest Resort in the World.

2. The Hotel Rooms would be offered for Sale to Famous Wealthy Entertainers, Actors and People in Sports, with  mandatory Leaseback. Referred to as "Condals" 

3. Develop as many Sports facilities as possible, like those found in winter and summer Olympics.

4. Create new futuristic Attractions (Inventions via World Contests) in order to insure that the FUNTASEA Resort would  live up to its name

After paying Investors their due returns, a certain amount of money would go towards subsidizing Hotel Like Retirement facilities for Seniors.

A personal note to potential Investors:

When reviewing http://www.dalli.com/funtasea/funding.html you would find that I am initially seeking "Seed Money" of $5 Million USD from Famous Entertainers, Actors and people in Sports. 

Seed money would be utilized to hire professionals to develop a professional Presentation consisting of, Feasibility Studies, Master Plan and Business Plan based on my Concepts and to appropriate the required Land. (To pay for an Option or down payment if need be)

It stands to reason that by my having an all out Professional Presentation, including beautiful Artist Renderings and projections of FUNTASEA, I would have a better chance of convincing the Mexican Government to donate the required Land. (Approximately 20,000 acres with Beachfront)

If the Mexican Government refuses to donate the Land, they might instead sell the Land to me at a very low price. I have a good feeling of such a happening since Mexico would gain much by such a Development. (FUNTASEA) including:

1. Taxation 
2. FUNTASEA would give hope to Young Mexicans by having more Sports facilities available to them to practice at and which with practice, this would give to them a better chance to participate in the Olympic Games! 
3. Politically, this might help bring Mexico and the US closer. (People helping people)

Having ownership of the Land would give me an advantage (Showing much equity) when it comes to funding the entire FUNTASEA Project.

The Seed money would also be utilized to pay for a second Feasibility Study, which would be developed after the Land is obtained. The reason being that the first Feasibility Study would be to show the Mexican Government what FUNTASEA is about and the second Study would be to show Lenders/Investors what FUNTASEA is about on that specific parcel of Land at the specific location. 

I am sure that much of the work from the first Professional Feasibility Study would later be incorporated with the second Professional Feasibility Study; saving time and money.

When it comes to funding the entire FUNTASEA Project, I indicated in my Presentation that I would seek the help of the US Government. After hearing in the News (TV) that Social Security benefits to American Seniors may be lowered in the future, I am not holding my breath on such funding.

Realistically, I have more confidence in making a favorable deal with the Mexican Government in obtaining the required Land, then to get the US Government to Fund FUNTASEA.

Do not get me wrong, once the Land is obtained and the Feasibility Study completed, I would still try to obtain the required funding from the US government, however, I would also then be prepared to seek funding elsewhere.

Note: A perfect solution to Funding FUNTASEA via a Domino effect: 

A Domino effect could be started easily by someone like Oprah Winfrey, she knows everybody! (If you know how to reach Oprah, please introduce FUNTASEA to her)

I am hoping that wealthy Entertainers, Actors and people in Sports will fall in love with the FUNTASEA Project, for if they do, FUNTASEA, my 32 year old Dream would finally come to fruition.
