the amount of money that I am initially seeking is $5 million Seed money. (To
Tie up the required Land and to pay Professionals to develop a Feasibility
study, Master plan and Business Plan)
This $5 Million USD seed money could be an investment from one wealthy person or
from 20 people, each investing $255,000.00
