Full Disclosure and Explanation 

Please note that the majority of listings situated at www.dalli.com are credited to FIIFA Finders. FIIFA is the exclusive Finder for DIMI. (See www.fiifa.com)  

Out of over 2,000 Listings, we have many different items for sale that were sent to DIMI direct from the Sellers/Owners as well.  

When properties/items of value advertised by DIMI are sold, when FIIFA Finders are credited with such finds, they would receive 20% of what DIMI receive as its fee. (FIIFA Finders get paid first right from the top). 

Therefore in reference to the 60% mentioned in my Consultants’ presentation, the 60% would be calculated on the amount that is left after deducting the above mentioned 20%. (Note: As already stated, not all listings are credited to FIIFA Finders) 

Fees to FIIFA Finders and DIMI Consultants are payable upon closing direct from Escrow. 

Here are 3 Examples utilizing actual Listings advertised by DIMI: 

Example 1

Utilizing a $250,000.00 Chateau for sale situated in Rokytnice, Czechoslovakia. (Commission 6%)  

$250.000.00 X 6% Commission = $15,000 Total Commission
FIIFA Finder would receive 20% of $15,000.00 = $3,000.00
$15,000.00 - $3,000.00 = $12,000.00

$12,000.00 X 60% = $7,200.00 (Consultant’s fee)


Example 2  (This one is offered by Dalli as Principal)

Utilizing a $15 Million USD listing consisting of 3,000 acres with Water Fountains situated In Brazil. (A full 6% Reward is offered to the selling Consultant!  Net!) 

$15,000,000.00 Price X 6% Commission = $900,000.00 total Fee. (NET!)
True, there is a FIIFA Finder involved in this one, however, in this particular deal, Dalli would pay this Finder the 20% of $900,000.00 as well! Meaning…
$900,000.00 X 20% = $180,000.00 (Payable to the FIIFA Finder by Dalli upon the close of Escrow) This is not a mistake, this is a Special Offer!

Consultant’s fee on this one remains at $900,000 if the property is sold for $15 Million USD.

I will consider a 3 way Exchange… $7 Million in Cash plus $8 Million equity in Income Producing Property. This would mean another Consultation Fee to you!


Example 3

The Gideon Art Collection (Approximately 3,000 pieces of Original Art) listed by A. Dalli for $300 Million USD.

DIMI is offering a 3.3% Consultation Fee or $10 Million USD to any Consultant that sells this Collection at the Listed Price. If sold for less the Consultation Fee would be less accordingly. The Consultation Fee would remain at 3.3% of the actual selling Price. 

There is a FIIFA Member involved with this Listing as well, however, in this particular transaction Dalli will pay this FIIFA Finder separately from Dalli’s Fee (In other words, the Consultation Fee/Reward to the DIMI consultant would be based on 3.3% of the Selling Price with no deductions. (3.3% Net to DIMI Consultant upon the Close of Escrow, direct from Escrow) 

As you can see, each listing is different and so are the Fees…
