The size of the island is 250,000 square ft. On the island there is a chalet with two bedrooms, living room, dining room and bat room.

The island has only one owner (privately owned) and there are no other buildings on the island. There is an airport not far from the lake and a main road by the lake so its easily accessible. 

It's a great place for the hunter, fisherman or person who just wants to enjoy the outdoors and relax.

Hunting: It is the best region in Quebec to hunt moose black bear, whitetail, and waterfowl and you have access to large public land where you can hunt with success.

Fishing: Lake Matapedia has excellent fishing for lake trout and brook trout. The outlet of the lake, Matapedia River is one of the best salmon rivers in the world.
