The above is partial equipment that will be furnished to Gold Miners that will Partner with Dalli.

     Gold Miners from Africa are invited to Partner with Dalli.

                         "What it takes and what it means to partner with Dalli"

What it takes:

(1)  It takes a Gold miner  having a minimum of 500 KGs of Gold with a purity of at least 92%, willing to sell his Gold to me for a price acceptable to the Seller/Gold miner and me.

(2)  No matter what part of Africa the Seller is situated at, the Seller will need to deliver the Gold to the Refinery of his choice, situated near him and must pay all costs for such delivery, until the Gold reaches the Refinery. See my Letter of Intent,  See "IF" http://www.dalli.com/IF.htm and Contract at: DALLI's_Gold_Contract.

What it means to partner with me:

Once I buy and sell the 500 KGs of Gold, from my profit I will do the following:

(A)   I will meet with the Seller/Gold miner where he or she is situated.

(B)  Together, we will then visit an Attorney in order to draw-up a Partnership Agreement.

(C)  I will open an Office in the best area of Seller’s location and fully furnish it with the best Office furniture that can be purchased from the same area. (Including Telephone, a Fax machine, a Desk top Computer with Camera, Scanner and Printer and a Laptop with Camera)

(D) I will hire a Secretary in order to assist both of us and she will keep the Office open from 8AM to 5PM, 5 days per Week; Monday to Friday.

(E)  I will furnish the Seller/Gold miner/Partner with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. (To be utilized for business, i.e. to meet Gold Villagers, etc)

My Partner’s Investment?

Zero, no money outlay on the part of my Partner.

My Partner’s Compensation? 

      (F)  When my Partner locates Gold from other Sellers (Villagers, etc) he would act as a buyer, (Making his own deal with the sellers/Villagers) and then turns around and sells such Gold to me,  for a Profit.

(G) When my Partner acts as my Broker, my Partner will receive a generous Commission.

This is an unheard of business proposal:

My Partner will earn a great deal of money via our Gold Ventures and my Partner, he or she will not be responsible for any of the Business expenses! (One can say that my Partner would be in business with me, just for profits!)

I am looking for experienced Gold Miners/Businessmen as my Partners...

Here is one way Gold miners could qualify to become my Partners:

Let us say that you qualify, (You are a Businessman) but you have no gold to sell to me presently and you have no money to buy Gold. (Referring to the required 500 KGs of Gold that you will need to sell to me, to qualify as my partner)

This is the best scenario for my would be Partner...

If I were you, I would print out all of the pages regarding Gold that I have written at "WIN-WIN-WIN 3"   and make all the pages as a folder/a Selling Presentation. (A Brochure)

Then, armed with such a presentation/Brochure, you can visit small Gold miners at different villages and see if they would commit in writing to sell to you their Gold dust. Be it two (2) KGs, five (5) KGs, ten (10) KGs, etc.

Ask them to show you the Gold and explain to them that the Gold stays with them until you accumulate total commitments of 500 KGs from small Gold Miners; with the understanding that once you have a total of 500 KGs committed to you (In writing) by such Gold Miners, then you would be back to collect their Gold and that you would pay them within 48 hours. Be sure to show to them the Brochure/my writings... (Explain to them that you have a ready Buyer; me)

Once you have in writing total commitments of five hundred KGs (500KGs) from Gold Miners, then you would be in a position to pick up the Gold from the committed Miners and sell the Gold to me for a reasonable Profit. (From zero ownership of Gold you would become a Seller of 500 KGs)

What you pay for the Gold is none of my business...

If you were to do the above and succeed, I would be very impressed, for I know how hard it is to succeed in this business when you have no working capital. If you believe in yourself, you can do this...

As I stated, the above is one example of how to possibly accumulate the required 500 KGs.

The above is intended for hard workers that want a chance to become wealthy.

Complaining, or doing nothing produces nothing; trying the above might make you rich... Your choice of course...

As my Partner:

Once the Dalli Gold business becomes a success, we will then go into the Mining business as well.

My African Partner will then obtain the concessions from the Government, (Which I will pay for) and I will then obtain and furnish the best Mining equipment and hire the proper Men-power in order to mine for Gold.

My Partner’s duty would then be to oversee the Gold Mining Operation.

As to Compensation for such duty, my partner would receive a generous percentage from the net profits. (This percentage would be negotiated prior to undergoing into the said Mining Operation)

Qualification:

A gold Seller is welcome to sell any amount of Gold to me at an agreed to price and as per my terms shown in my Contract, (See:  DALLI's_Gold_Contract) however, to qualify in becoming my Partner, a Gold Seller will need to sell to me a minimum of 500 KGs of Gold (Within a period of 30 Days and prove that he or she has the capacity/experience to run a Mining Operation.

The above is offered to only interested people willing to qualify.  Such professionals could have the DALLI exclusivity of their choice. Meaning the DALLI exclusivity will be given to them, on any part of Africa that is known to have Gold and that such exclusivity will be given to the qualified person as long as that particular area is available.  First come first served.
