Letter Of Intent from Aloysius Dalli to Gold Dust Sellers.

If you would like to sell your Gold to me, please read below:
Full Disclosure/Full Transparency:
Up front, I am not the End Buyer.
If you have Gold to sell, send an Email to me at: aloysius@dalli.com and include your FCO.
You need not be the actual owner of the Gold to transact with me, however, I will require the following:
Proof in writing that you have the legal right to sell the Gold and proof of product. (P.O.P.)
Regarding "Proof of product"... As of this writing my Gold bars Buyers will only accept an SGS Inspection certificate as the Proof of Product.
Although in theory you would be selling your Gold to me, I will require the above mentioned documents.

If you are situated in Ghana you may choose to complete the transaction via PMMC or via ASAP VASA. I abide by PMMC's Export procedures, see: http://www.ghana-mining.org/ghweb/en/ma/pmmc/pmmcgoldPM/pmmcgoldEBP.html.
I will also abide by the procedures of other Refineries in any part of Africa as long as they are similar to those of PMMC and as long as my Buyers accept the chosen Refinery.
Since I go into Contract with Gold dust Sellers and Sell Gold Bars to my Clients, any refinery you choose must be able to smelt "Gold dust" to "Gold Bars" (I will pay for the smelting)
Once I receive your FCO and an SGS Inspection Certificate, then I will know that I am dealing with a Real Gold Seller and then the transaction will commence.
If I accept your price for your Gold, then I will send to you my contract in Microsoft Word for you to review, complete, sign and seal. Do not convert my Contract, leave the contract in Microsoft Word in order to enable me to complete my portion. Also do not forget to send to me the SGS Inspection certificate as the Proof of Product. (Nothing will take place without such P.O.P.)
You will be paid at the Refinery by check or via wire transfer right after smelting. (Your choice)
Once my Contract is
completed and signed by you and returned to me, I will then complete my portion
and sign the Contract and return it to you in a timely fashion. Then via my Gold
Bars Buyers I will arrange the time and date of when the
transaction will start. (When the Gold is to be delivered to the Refinery) This will be
at my Buyer's convenience, at your convenience and at the convenience of the Refinery.
Please
do not offer me any of your Gold if you are in a hurry, or if you want me to
pay any up-front money for any reason or if you want me to supply to you an SBLC or any other
type of Bank Guarantee. No guarantee is required since you will be in control of
your Gold until you get paid. (Title of your Gold does not transfer till you get
paid).
At this time, I am only able to buy (Contract for Gold) as I stated above.
Please respond only if you accept this Letter of Intent (LOI) as written by me…
Respectfully, my Letter of Intent means: "What I am able to do", not what the Gold Sellers are able to do. (Things may change later on)
I am not "dictating" or "Instructing", I am simply stating what it is that I can do at this time.
