IF you are a Gold Seller situated anywhere in Africa and you are willing to sell your Gold to me by bringing your Gold to a Refinery near where you are situated; a Refinery that is well known, respected and  trusted as PMMC of Accra, Ghana, or ASAP VASA also situated in Accra and the Rand Refinery in South Africa, please read on.

Should you decide to sell your Gold to me, besides your FCO, I will need to see P.O.P. and I will need to know which refinery you will be bringing your Gold to?

I will also need to know the following information from the very refinery that you choose:

1)    Does the Refinery have the capability to smelt Gold dust to Gold Bars?

2)    If not, what form?

3)    What Carats? (Example: 22 or 24carats) or, _______

4) What purity? (Example approximately 92%) or _____

5)    If in Bars, what would the weight of each bar be? (Example: '400' oz ('12.5' kg bar) Or, __

6)    In dealing with your Refinery do I or my representative have to be present at closing, in order to have the Gold shipped abroad?

7)    Does the Refinery that you chose have the capacity to do everything, from the Smelting to the Shipping?

The above information/response must be on the Refinery’s Letterhead.

(We will do our due diligence on the Refinery that you will choose, therefore be sure to choose the very best Refinery in your area).

Once I receive your FCO and the Letter from the Refinery that you chose, assuming that I accept your selling price of the Gold, I will then send my Contract to you, for you to complete, as stated in my LOI. (http://www.dalli.com/LOI.htm)
